Great motivation!
I really love this product. Yes, I can do normal pushups at home but this product really makes me want to work out and use them! The best part is that my wrists do not hurt when I use these. Normal push-ups really hurt my wrists and that is what was limiting my workout. With these, the wrists are not over extended and I can really focus on my arms instead of my arthritis. — Gary A. C.

If you don't want to shell out hundreds a year on a gym membership, or store a bulky dumbbell collection, this product is a great alternative, as it costs little and stores (and travels) easily.
